Viktor is the leader of the infamous cult 'The blood children'which is made up of self proclaimed vampires.He is vicious and known to be aggressive towards his members and anyone else that gets in his way however until he meets her. Let's call her Sally for the sake of the plot but anyways Sally will be a twenty something year old local barmaid that is trying to make it as a actress here in lipton and meets our crazy a$$ man here and strikes his fancy but for some reason he cannot be his usual self with this one nor can get her off his mind.
(Everything else is up to you including plot)

 Bonnie Cross seventeen or eighteen This is Viktor's only blood sibling and she has come to town in attempt to save her brother from his reckless behavior but ends up getting sucked into his world of the blood children.
