Emilee had always been the type of person to hold things inside of her until she couldn't contain it anymore. She was brought up around people that did things like that, so it was obvious she would grow up like that, too. It was hard for her sometimes, something's she kept inside would just build up until they would literally burst. She thought it was all her mom's fault. Sometimes her mom would just drink away her pain of holding everything inside her for so long, and Emilee hated being raised around that. Emilee, now that she's twenty five, has never been such a drinker like her mom. She'll have a glass of wine here and there, or she'll drink a little if she's at a party or something, but she has her limits and she knows what they are.
Sometimes she also thinks that her mom is to blame for why she chose to lose her virginity before entering High School. Her mom would always pressure her about having a boyfriend because of the fact that she could, that she was pretty, whatever. Emilee's mom was just known to sleep around, that's the entire reason that Emilee is mainly only in contact with her father. It's gotten to the point where Emilee can't really stand her mother anymore, and will only converse with her if she has to. Other than that, Emilee is never around her mother. She spends most of her time with her father and really doesn't regret it at all.
It was her choice. Emilee's. For losing her virginity at such a young age. Fourteen, to be exact. She was in the eighth grade, and the guy was her best friend. They had gone to a party together after a dance at school, and afterwards, they had decided to go back to his place. They went to his room and were cuddling, and all of a sudden, it just happened. In Emilee's opinion, it was quick, but all in all, it was her choice, and she was glad she did it. No one in school knew she wasn't a virgin anymore after that, and it never got around, because Emilee didn't have a big mouth and never blabbed about it to anyone. She wasn't that type of person. It did make her feel weird to know that she was no longer a virgin. She just felt dirty at some points, but at other points, she thought it was cool. Her moods got so messed up, she never knew why she thought it was cool, it just was in her eyes.
Now that she's older, Emilee's been in an amazing relationship for the last year. She met her current boyfriend, Brett, at a modeling event that they were both at, and they completely hit it off. Emilee was immidently attracted to Brett. He was a bad boy, he was covered in tattoo's, and he was just plain out gorgeous. They kept in contact after that event, and just weeks after they had met, Brett asked Emilee out. Of course she said yes, she would've been stupid if she turned him down. She usually thinks sometimes, who the hell would be stupid enough to turn someone like him down? Definately not her. Things had gone great between them.
Brett was over at Emilee's place tonight to hang around with her, and the two of them had just been hanging out in the living room on the couch watching movies for the last hour. Something in both of their moods had changed though, and it was weird to say the least. Brett had brought up the fact that he thinks that girls who lose their virginity at young ages are loose and easy, and Emilee took it to heart because she was one of them. It must've meant that he thought she was loose and easy. She confronted him about it, and now he was trying to back track, which made Emilee mad. He knew she lost her virginity at age fourteen, and he was fine with it at first, but she could tell his opinion was quickly changing.
They don't live together, but it's fine with them. The two of them tend to fight a lot, but who cares. They love each other, and usually, that's all they would need to get them through the day. Sometimes they would fight about just stupid and useless stuff, other times it would be completely serious. None of the fights had ended in them breaking up though, because neither of them wanted that. The fights would end in her crying, and him leaving. Sometimes, he wouldn't even leave, he would look at her, and then stop what he was doing, and kiss her right then and there. Emilee knew something like that didn't solve their problems, but if it worked for them, it worked for them.
Just a few weeks ago, Brett had been caught for possesion of cocaine and weed by the police. This wasn't the first time though, this was probably the forth time he had been caught. Emilee knew about every time, because the times before this one had just been for cocaine, and now the most recent time was for cocaine and weed. It devestated her how he could get drugs and try to get away with them. She wasn't fond of his drug use, but wasn't going to complain because she really has no idea what he'd do if she did complain to him. She didn't want him to leave, and she was starting to fear that if she did say something, he would leave.
The blonde haired girl stood in front of her boyfriend of just over a year as the two of them fought, wearing a pair of jean shorts and a red basketball jersey, along with red socks on her feet. Her hair flowed over her shoulders as her arms crossed over her chest, and as he brought up her virginity once more, her eyes couldn't help but begin to water up with tears. She hated it when he was like this. "Well, you know what? I don't like it when you do drugs!" She said, in anger as she stared over at him. "You don't think I know about you getting busted two weeks ago, don't you! I do, and i'm sick of having to hear about it! Why can't you just stop it with the drugs!" She shouted, clearly mad at him now as the tears that welled up in her eyes moments ago slid down her cheeks.

Brett hadn’t planned a fight, but it didn’t shock him. They had encountered many arguments; if he had a dollar for every one he would be rich. True, he didn’t like to fight with her, but it happened. Usually when they do he tries his best to just end it he will leave, make a distraction, anything to keep the fight to stop. He could find a better way and solve the disagreement, but he was afraid if he tried things would just get worse. Losing Emilee was the last thing Brett wanted, and every time they had such a disagreement he became frightened. She had changed him, and he would probably be a poor junkie without her.
The argument they were having was more than just her pestering him for leaving the toilet seat opened though, this was more of a big deal. He hadn’t meant to call her easy or loose, he hadn’t known about her, past. He had tried to take it back, not wanting to upset her, but the words were already out and besides, he wasn’t exactly happy with what he had been informed. Fourteen was too young; he would have so much preferred her virginity been given to him instead of some horny teenage boy, but there was nothing he could do about that now. He tried to tell himself that but his temper flared at the thought, making it impossible to calm down. Ya, he had bit of a temper, but he had become more patient since he met her. Brett would never hurt her, but he was afraid his anger would scar her off. She had bit off attitude swings, making it hard for Brett to know where she was at with him. If she left because of him he wouldn’t be able to live with himself, he was sure of it.
Right now he stood in front of her, clad in jeans and a t-shirt, plain and simple. He pinched the bridge of his nose, his eyes shut. Brett was trying to calm himself. He held a lit cigarette in his other hand, which was hanging by his side. He looked at her, how did she know about him getting busted? Dang druggies he had been hitting up with were supposed to keep their mouths shut. “I can’t just stop Emilee, its not as easy as putting the drugs away” Brett pushed out angrily, he knew, he had tried. He always went running back to them, needing his fix. Brett took a drag from his cigarette, and cursed under his breath when he saw her start to cry. He hated that, and he put the cigarette in his almost empty water bottle. Brett walked to her and pulled her close to him, and planted a kiss on the top of her head. “I’m not happy that you lost your virginity when you were so young, but I hate to see you cry” Brett pulled back and wiped her tears, hating the fact he caused them.
Brett knew they should talk about it, but right now the both of them were to upset to. He grimaced at the thought of causing any more pain, but he knew nothing would be fixed if they acted like nothing happened. He was afraid that if they continued to talk about it he would say something he’d regret later, but if she wanted to keep talking then he would. With all his past girlfriends he would have just walked out, but he was head over heels for this girl. Sure, he had walked out before, but that was to make sure nothing real bad got said. She had really changed him, at least he was trying to be less of a ahole. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Muse- Cage the elephant- aint no rest for the wicked Words:623 Notes:Lol it’s not a thousand words but....

There were certain times where they could be together and have a great time together. Times where a fight would be no where in sight, and they would just enjoy each other's company. Though, then there were the times that fighting was all that they would do when they were together for any amount of time. Emilee would never really understand it, either. Brett would be in a mood, or she would be in a mood, it pretty much just depended on the day. The fights never got so bad where Brett would be physical towards her, it would just be emotional abuse and it hurt Emilee more than Brett could know.
She knows he probably doesn't know how much he does emotionally abuse her when it comes to fights, but sometimes it gets to the point where Emilee just doesn't even want to think about it anymore and just kept her thoughts burried inside of her. She wouldn't want anyone to know. For her, it's her problem and only she could fix it if she wanted to. Sometimes she thinks that he emotionally abuses her because he knows it hurts her, or for some other messed up reason. She's never really confronted him about it, because it hasn't happened all that often, but bringing up her virginity was something that would definately bring it back.
Emilee hated that Brett hated the fact that she lost her virginity at fourteen years old, it made her feel like he hated her in general. She hadn't really ever felt like that from a guy, she just didn't know what it was about Brett. At times, he could be completely sweet and do anything that Emilee wanted, and just cater to her every need. But, then, at other times, he could just be a major jackass and ignore Emilee and then try to apologize to her later just to spend the night with her. Their relationship was so dysfunctional and Emilee didn't know about a lot anymore. She hasn't been in such a dysfunctional relationship, but this one's prepared her to know that she can handle it.
As Brett stood in front of her, she just looked at him. He still looked great, in the same shape that he did with the same attractiveness as he had a year ago when they met and began dating. When he informed Emilee he was a bit into drugs, she shook it off, thinking he could stop once she entered his life. She was wrong. She knew that she had changed him, but he was still doing the drugs, because he was being busted a lot. Never was she ever fond of his drug use, she thought it was disgusting, and she had tried multiple times to get him off of the drugs he had been doing. It never worked, and it made Emilee upset at certain points, which sometimes sparked a couple of their heated arguments that ended in him leaving and her crying.
There he was, a cigarette lit in his hand by his side. A heavied breath escaped from her mouth as he said it wasn't easy to just put the drugs away, causing her emotions to drop. She felt like she could lose her boyfriend at any point because of how open he was becoming, thanks to the use of the drugs. She shrugged, as the trail of tears continued to slide down her cheeks. There was something about him. He loved her, she loved him, but knowing he had been busted for drugs hurts her. He has a girlfriend to worry about, and she's concerned that maybe she'll become too much to worry about, and that's something she didn't want. You could tell by looking in her eyes. "I just don't understand why you can't just...Forget them..." She said, as her voice slightly cracked.
"You don't need drugs...You're slowly killing yourself, one of these days, you're gonna get busted and go to jail, and then, you and I will...Just be done," She spoke to him softly, looking up at him, noticing the look on his face changing. In her opinion, she knew he could be a better person without the drugs. More of a better person than she's already made him. She believes in him, she knows he can do it, he just has to have faith in himself, and right now, that's something he didn't have. She knew he'd be lost without her, and she didn't want to lose him for any reason. They both know that.
There had been some points in their relationship that his drug use would be so bad, the two of them would sleep together, and he would leave almost directly after to go and find his fix, or go do a line of coke if he had the chance. Emilee knew that if he said he was going out to get something, anything, she knew it was for drugs. If he said he had to go to the bathroom, okay, maybe he had to, but she wasn't stupid. Most of the times would be to go do a line of coke, and there she would be, laying in her bed under the covers with nothing but a bra on, waiting for her boyfriend to get back in bed with her. She couldn't do much but wait, and if she cried while she was waiting, she'd have to be silent in order for him not to hear her. She tells him multiple times that he's the best thing that's ever happened to her, and she's not sure where he stands with her in a situation like that, to her it was scary.
Feeling him pull her close was a bit of an eye opener for Emilee, as her tears began to dry, and she calmed herself down. She wanted nothing more than to feel her boyfriend's arms around her, and her wish was being granted at the moment. She simply just nodded when he mentioned her virginity again, and looked at his face for a few seconds, her eyes meeting his own. God, she loved this man in front of her, it was amazingly apperent. As he wiped her now dried tears, she leaned in a little, resting her forehead against his. "I know you don't like when our relationship is threatened, but I love you, and I don't want you to hurt yourself anymore than you already have..." She said, leaning in a little and kissing his lips lightly, before pulling away, glancing back at his eyes. At this point, they had both been completely broken open. "Okay?" She whispered, bringing her right hand up, running it over his cheek lightly. "I love you..."

Brett was addicted; it wasn’t going to be as simple as up and quieting drugs. He had tried, and all it did was leave him moody and even more of an ass then he was. “I know what could happen if I get busted, I know” he felt if he just stayed low he wouldn’t get busted and the only reason he got busted in the first place was because the kids he bought the drugs from were so messed up they let themselves get caught by the cops. An ratted him out. Brett had tried to get away, but there weren’t many places to hide in Sparkles and the crowd ensured the fact he didn’t get to the nearest exit in time. He had been so mad at those kids; the cops wouldn’t even let him in the same police cruiser as them.
Brett hugged Emilee tighter, not to tight, but he felt like he would lose himself if he didn’t. His head was such a jumbled up mess, he really wanted a hit at the moment. He didn’t have any on him and he would have to go out to get some, which didn’t sound as appealing as it would before. Brett swore he already felt moody from not having any, but it had only been about a day. He stroked her soft hair, running is fingers through the blonde waves, he didn’t think drugs were worth losing her, but they were still slowly taking over his life. Oddly enough he was fine with this, it’s not like he cared to much for it. It was Emilee he was worried about. He pulled her closer and buried his face in the hollow of her neck “I love you....” he murmured, agreeing completely with the words that left his mouth.
Before he met Emilee, Brett hadn’t cared much for a serious relationship. A few one night stands, maybe a few relationships that didn’t make a week. He used to be fine with that, he had never been loved, or loved someone else, and even now was still far from immune from it. He truly did live Emilee, even if he did stupid things and had trouble coming to terms with it. Brett was willing to become less of a jerk, even settle down, just for her. He would take a bullet for her, but was willing to become less of a jerk, even settle down, just for her. He would take a bullet for her, but hopefully that would never have to happen.
As much as Brett loved her, there was still so much he needed to understand about her. He wanted to break through whatever wall she had up and make sure Emilee knew she could say whatever she had on her mind to him. Brett couldn’t make it better if she didn’t tell him, but she was a tough nut to crack. Most women he knew had no problem falling apart and telling him everything they had on their mind, most women didn’t try to contain themselves. Brett thought it showed how much more independent and stronger Emilee was then other woman her age, and he also found it to be way more attractive. He still wanted her to be comfortable around him, but he felt oddly proud of her, like Brett was a parent watching his child grow up from there childish ways and become an adult.
Brett contained a chuckled, thinking about how glad he was to have her, because he was afraid she would take it the wrong way. The last thing he wanted was to upset her anymore then he already had, he was truly afraid he would lose her. “You can tell me anything...” he said not knowing what to say, but felt like he needed to say something else, something to really make her believe she didn’t have to push her feelings back. At least not for him ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Words: 712 Notes: Sorry if late >.< Check this out Please!
