All right, so Connor here wasn't born in the area, but he spent most of his life here. He was actually born in Boston, Massachusetts but doesn't remember it so really, it's like he's a native. Anyway, Connor's family is a bit of a mess. His father was some corporate guru who was embezzling money from the company he worked for and having an affair while he was at it. Yet, Connor's mother stayed with him. That lasted for a couple of years before he got this other woman pregnant and up and left his family to start on a second. Since then, Connor's mother has been a mess and taken to the bottle. She's on disability so it's up to Connor to keep them together by paying the bills and doing to grocery shopping, even making sure his mother eats and bathes herself. She never leaves the house and very rarely the confines of her bedroom. Before Connor's father left, the police began investigating the embezzlement charges but could find no proof of anything. That was when they hauled Connor in for a phony traffic violation and, pardon the pun, made him an offer he couldn't refuse. Ever since then, Connor has been working closely with local law enforcement, and occasionally those of higher power. Connor tried to relay info about his father's schemes but it became difficult once he moved out. He is still working on it though under close supervision.

Connor is a pretty laid back guy, he has to be in order to cover up his "true identity." He very rarely gets angry, unless it's something to get angry over. He overlooks petty details and sticks to the heavy stuff. He normally gives people the benefit of the doubt. He's a very loyal and trustworthy friend, however he also tends to be very aloof and secretive. No one knows about his job, they just think he's an average college freshman working as a radio dj at the local station. That being said, he tends to get himself in trouble with the cops a lot. This usually happens when they need to speak with him and he can't just waltz into the precinct. Anyway, Connor is sure to have just as many friends as he would enemies. He isn't really the type of person so sleep around, but that isn't to say it hasn't happened and won't again in the future. It's just that he does have morals. He would have a few girlfriends, crushes, maybe a one night stand. Hit me up and we can discuss.

Miss Daphne was born and raised right here in Lipton. Her family has been in the area for a couple generations and she has a feeling there might be a couple more because she has no intentions of picking up and moving just yet. Unlike most families today, hers is surprisingly in tact. Her mother is a school teacher and her father is a police officer, a sergeant to be exact. Needless to say, Daphne grew up in a bit of a tight household. She kept good grades and was a good kid. Never was she the rebellious type...well not in a harmful way. Daphne found her first boyfriend in her Freshman year of high school and things went well for a while. He was as sweet as pie when they were out with friends or other people were around, but when they were alone together he turned into someone totally different. Anything Daphne said or did was wrong and he would hit her over stupid things. When Daphne said she wanted to wait to have sex, he didn't like that so he raped her. When she wanted to break up, he'd beat her then rape her again. She was afraid to tell her parents, because they liked her boyfriend. Of course, he was nice as anything to them. So, she went on as if things were all right. When Daphne stopped answering his calls and messages, that pissed him off so he came to her house and did more harm to her, until she found her father's gun and shot him.

Daphne was always a sweet girl who was nice to just about everyone. She hated seeing people get picked on or teased and always stood up for the underdog. She is a loyal and trustworthy friend, but she is a bit of a party pooper. She doesn't like going out to parties, but would rather stay home and read or watch a movie. However, she was also a push-over and if you begged enough she would eventually cave. That changed, though, after the ordeal with her abusive boyfriend. Once she stood up for herself and pulled that trigger, something inside her changed. She became more independent and assertive. She began standing up for herself and taking no crap from anyone. She is still a nice girl and a loyal friend, but no longer is she a push-over. Daphne would probably have a bunch of casual friends instead of a few really good close friends, however definitely one or two best friends. She would certainly have enemies. Everyone does, think of something good. I'm sure it'll work. Daphne only ever had one boyfriend, but he raped and abused her until she shot him. He wasn't killed but she's wary of relationships because of him. Still, this ex is open for adoption and if you have other ideas for a future, hit me up!

Well, what if Lucas gets in trouble for maybe buying booze for Conner not knowing that he is an undercover cop and arrests him, only causing Lucas to form a hate for Conner which could get Lucas to try and take him down by getting him in a little trouble of his own?

i think connor would adore her sweet nature. i agree, they could be friends.

lucas & connor:
if lucas were to get busted from supplying connor with beer, connor wouldn't be the one to do it. he wouldn't blow his cover over something as petty as supplying alcohol to a minor. there would be another cop hanging around near by to get lucas. it would be a pretty good show. connor might even get himself taken downtown just for an effect. lol. they could dislike one another though as lucas would always associate connor with getting busted.

hey! so, i've been meaning to post here for a while. (: i was wondering if you'd like to plot up addie and connor some more or if you'd like to thread the two of them? i'm in a writing mood, so i just figure i'd ask. haha. xD we don't have to right away, but just thought i'd offer. (:

so, i had a few different ideas for them. either a) addie has pretty much distanced herself from most of her close friends. and, strangely enough, she's also done a pretty good job of staying away from parties lately. she hasn't really responded to any text messages or ims, and connor ends up kind of suspicious. which, could either end up with him randomly showing up at her house to confront her about avoiding him or the party had they been at. or, they randomly run into each other so addie is forced to talk to each other. or, b) addie convinced herself that she finally needs to tell connor, and so she texts him or calls him and has him meet her somewhere to talk to him.

or, we could scrap both ideas and roll with something different. (: feel free to change/add/delete/combine whatever. just thoughts.

i like the first idea. being that they are such good friends, he would be constantly calling/texting her. each one getting a bit more concerned/annoyed. finally he gets fed up and just shows up at her house wondering what was up. because it was so out of the blue, addie didn't really have time to prepare so things don't go so well by way of her telling him she's pregnant. so he leaves without knowing.

then i was thinking maybe we could add a bit more drama to the plot. like connor getting hurt while at his "other" job or starts coughing up blood from the cancer he has yet to learn about and ends up in the hospital, where addie comes to see him and tells him then.

btw, did you want him to react in a certain way when addie finally tells him?

that sounds great! i like your last bit; it'd definitely add some drama for the two of them. as if connor doesn't have enough to worry about, addie would be adding a little more for him.

we'll go with that. (: and, nope, any way that you want connor to react is fine. i really didn't have anything planned out for that, so just however you think he would is fine by me. (:

I was thinking that Jada here needs a few more friends that are girls and Daphne seems like the perfect one. I was thinking since Jada was also born in Lipton that they could've known eachother for a long time and been casual friends until maybe 7th or 8th grade when they became really close?
