Katie sat on her sofa in front of her TV wrapped in her favorite throw as she watched the horror movie. She dipped her hand into the popcorn in front of her as she couldn't seem to tear her eyes away from the screen. If you know Katie you would say it was normal, the girl LOVE horror movies, but lately she'd been watching them less and less, because of a few months ago, however now she'd found a useful reason to watch them, she could blame her nightmares on them. Plus she was starting to love them again. She jumped slightly as the killer popped out to polish off another college teen onscreen. No matter how many times you saw a movie, some bits still made you jump, it caused the young woman to smirk and cuddle into her sofa.
It had been a long day, Friday's always were though. Class at 9am, lunch with Bella at 12ish, then straight back to class for work shops all day. She was trying to get focused on her workshops and get a good grade, but she'd been distracted and needed to just relax and refocus herself. She'd not seen Bella since lunch, which was unusual but she'd text back and they'd do something tomorrow or Sunday maybe. As the rain pounded the window outside Katie cuddled into her heart pillow with arms that was her hug whenever she needed one. The weather outside had turned nasty, especially for this time of year, thunder and lightening was surely coming, and Katie was happy she'd declined the offer of going out to meet a few friends on this Friday night and had decided to stay in. It was only just 7pm and she'd decided to order ordered take out, lots of take out and was happy to just be on her own in a safe place. It had taken time for Katie to be okay with being alone, but with all the windows bolted twice and the 4 chain locks and two doors locks on her door all shut tight, Katie felt a little safer. As the movie got to the end, the final scene where the killer attacks the hero and his girl a knock sounded from her door around the apartment, causing Katie to scream. She laughed in spite of herself before pausing the TV and standing up. She couldn't believe she'd screamed, and loudly. She frowned a little as the person knocked again, louder. Katie, always cautious looked through her peep hole and frowned slightly, but smiled, "Hey!" She said as she unlocked the door and opened it, "What you doing here? Come in, get warm and dry!" She told her friend as she closed and locked the door again.

 you heard that i was trouble ,
BUT YOU COULDN'T RESISTJ U S T T A K E A B I T E L E T M E S H A K E U P Y O U R W O R L D- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -Shiloh got out of her car,pulled on her hood,and ran up to Katies door.She pulled her jacket closer to her.It was raining and she was getting a
bit soaked,so when she knocked on Katies door she made sure it was loud enough to hear.On the other side of the door she heard a scream,which made Shi jump and almost loose her bag.as she pushed the bag further up her shoulder,she knocked a little harder on the door.
a few moments later,It opened up to revile a smiling Katie.Shiloh smiled back and walked in at her friends invitation.She put her bag on a nearby table,and shrugged of her wet jacket.She rubbed her bare arms and smiled as Katie turned to her.
"I heard you were free and wanted to surprise you!"Shi said,holding her arms out dramatically.She liked to goof off with Katie.Shi laughed and said "you wouldn't have a towel would you?I didn't expect it to pour" She really hadn't.She was lucky enough to have a jacket in her car for the little venture
to her car to Katies front door.
She had overheard that she decided not to go out,and wanted to take up the chance to hang out with her.She smiled at Katie,still rubbing her wet arms.

"Well I'm surprised." Katie smiled and went into her bathroom, "Here." she said and passed her the blue towel to dry off with. Katie disappeared for a moment, "If you want to borrow a pair of jogging bottoms and top..." She called out from the bedroom before coming back, "Here." The brunette smiled to her friend as she handed her some dry clothes. Katie always had spare stuff so she wasn't bothered about friend borrowing them, especially if they were soaking. "Hang up your stuff so it drys." She told her in a big sisterly tone.
Katie let her go get changed as she looked out the front door before locking her many locks and switched off the outdoor light. She headed into the kitchen, "So are you here to watch movies and eat our body weight in junk? Because that's what I'm currently doing." she called to her friend honestly before looking over into her living room where she'd been sitting before Shiloh had came into her home. Katie went into the cupboard, grabbed a second blanket, leaving it for Shi as she sat back down. "Help yourself to food and drink." She smiled at her friend.

Shiloh thanked her friend for the clothes and went to change.She was thankful for the dry clothes and took in there warmth.She heard Katie call while she was in the bathroom, and let out a laugh.
"I wonder if Forrest Gump is on" Shi said as she walked out of the bathroom, drying off her hair.
"Sorry if this was a inconvenience for you" Shi said, it didn't look like her friend was doing much, but you never know.She plopped down onto the couch with her friend, and as she covered herself with the blanket she told Katie about how she met a guy and went to hang with him the other day.Shi didn't date much (not like it had been a date or anything) so being able to hang with a guy, a cute one at that, was a big deal for her.Now that she thought about it, she didn't hang out all that much anymore.Shiloh was extremely paranoid. This was because when her dad had been murdered, his attackers decided he wasn't enough.They were determined to go after her, but Shi was fairly good at blending in.She had been in Lipton for a little while now and she was still hanging on.She was determined to stay and live a normal life, and that was just impossible when your on the run.
"Has anything new happened,Kat?" Shi said, throwing a piece of popcorn in the air and catching it in her mouth.
