faith was pretty sure she was now going on a date. with her best friend. all because she had lost a bet on seeing if she could ignore him or not. and before she agreed to the date, teddy said that she had to kiss him, and she wasn't sure how she felt about this. he was one of her best friends, if not, her best friend and she didn't want to risk anything that could potentially ruin their friendship. the last thing she wanted was to lose teddy. faith had many friends, but for some reason teddy was the one who she couldn't stand to lose. they had become really close, and she didn't want anything coming in between that. the small girl made her way around her house, debating in her head what she should wear. beautiful or hot? to be quite honest, faith had no idea what was beautiful to teddy, and what was hot to teddy. all she knew was that she didn't want to go looking like a complete bum.

after finally deciding on a pair of shorts, and a see through top to cover her bikini, faith took a deep breath, and stood in front of her mirror. in her mind, she looked pretty good, but she was going to leave teddy to be the judge of that. grabbing her bag and a pair of sunglasses, faith headed down to the beach. it was a beautiful day outside, the sky was shining bright, and there wasn't a chance of rain at all. faith had to smile to herself. the sun was going down a bit, but that only made everything better. there was nothing better than watching the sun set at the beach, being relaxed and with someone you liked.

strolling up to the beach, faith made her way over to an empty area, and set her things down. there weren't a lot of people left at the beach, most people went home around dinner time. she saw a few guys going on an evening run along the shoreline, and she smiled to herself. there was nothing about the beach that faith didn't absolutely adore. faith put on her sunglasses to keep the sun from blinding her eyes, and looked around, hoping to see teddy strolling up soon. usually, he was late, and that bugged her most of the time. in her mind, faith was wondering if teddy was really going to kiss her, or if he was just saying that. and then she wondered what she would do, if she would kiss him back, or just let him kiss her. and was it really going to be a romantic date? there were so many questions running through her head, and faith just wanted an answer to them all.

A bet won him a date with his best friend faith, and that was just not it. There was more to it. The bet was about ignoring him and if she lost then she would go on a romantic date to the beach and kiss him. Which she did and so she had to go on a date with him today and also kiss him. She told him that she'd kiss him on the cheek while he had something else on his mind. According to him he was a grown up and they should do what the grown up do . She thought it wasn't right. And Teddy thought there wasn't anything wrong in it. Friendship had no rules and if it did then he hadn't read it in any book that friends weren't supposed to kiss. Friends could do anything they wanted to do. And by anything he meant anything was possible. His friends helped him a lot in winning the bet in order to set him on the date with her and he was excited. This wasn't going to be any normal hangout but a date. He had his chance to treat her special but he treated every other girl he went out with.

He pulled on his favorite new shirt and shorts and stuffed in some bucks into his wallet and put on his sunglasses. His sister was driving him to the beach. Sometimes she was really nice. After fifteen minutes of drive he was at the beach. His sister handed him his ear phone, ipod and cell phone telling him that she was off to meet Alan and wouldn't be back before evening so he had to go back all on his own. Ah damn! He would ask Faith to drop him or who knew this date could be for the whole day, so by the time he was done with her date, Amy could pick him. He hand a bag in which were all the eatable like freshly baked cookies and some good sandwiches and some soft drinks. A date without food was incomplete.

He looked around and saw Faith. She looked hot, and beautiful. He stared her at for a bit before making his way over towards her and placed the bag where she had set her things. He whistled looking at her. '' Hey Sexy'' Teddy teased. '' This is for you. '' he gave her a rose that Amy got her telling her that if he really was going on a date with Faith then he should take a rose for her. Both his siblings gave him very helpful tips when it came to impressing others. '' I brought us some food. So, you excited?'' he grinned. He was very excited. This was going to be fun.

to teddy, it seemed like friendship had no rules. to faith, she believed there was some rules. and one of them was no kissing unless you were going to date. but this was a date, right? faith didn't know if she could see her and teddy being together as more than friends. there was times when she really wanted to be more than friends, and other times she just didn't want to ruin what they had. teddy was one guy who faith turned to when no one else would listen, and he seemed to listen to her. faith thought that teddy was an amazing friend, not many people were as amazing as a friend as he was. she remembered when her dog died, and teddy was there to comfort her throughout the whole thing. teddy was one of the only people that ever saw her cry, because faith loved to hide her emotions from people. she didn't want to show people when she was weak.

the sun was burning pretty hot, even later in the day, so faith reached into her bag and pulled out sunblock, applying it to every inch of her body that she could reach. of course, her back was left to face then sun, merely because faith just couldn't reach back there. she took a small breath, setting her sunblock bag into the bag, zippering it up. she didn't want to lose anything in there, especially her phone.

faith smiled when she saw teddy making her way towards her. was he staring at her for a minute? she couldn't tell, but in some weird way she actually wanted him to stare at her. when he whistled at her, she playfully hit him on the arm. and then teddy handed her a rose, and she couldn't help but smile. "thanks cutie." taking the rose from him, she looked at it for a moment, smiling, and then put it on top of her bag, so she could take it home later. "i am excited," faith smiled up at him. right now she couldn't help but smile at almost everything. already she could tell it was going to be a great night, perhaps an amazing one.

Friendship really didn't have any rules. it was mainly about trust, loyalty, love, care and fun. He saw all those qualities in himself towards her and she had all those qualities embedded within her. And you know what was fun for Teddy? hanging out, pranking, joking, flirting. He didn't really know how the whole 'kissing' idea got into his mind but he was liking the thought of it. He couldn't wait for it. His friends would keep telling him that he liked faith more than a friend but he wouldn't believe them. He was never the type to listen to anyone. He had a mind and heart of his own and whatever popped into his head and felt right to be done by his heart, he would do that.

He had a huge smile on his face all the time as his sister drived him to the beach. She told him that whenever he smiled he looked evil and it scared her that he was upto bad. she was only teasing him. kissing faith wasn't anything bad, it was fun. He handed her the rose when he saw her. She looked hot. When she called him cutie he frowned. He pulled off his shirt and tossed it away. '' Do you think I'm hot now? '' he grinned. He moved closer and kissed her cheeks. '' Ah, you look so damn pretty I couldn't resist myself.'' he shrugged. He really didn't know what made him do that but he liked it. '' I'm more excited than you are.'' there were so many things to be excited about. Such as this was their first date, and so they were going to kiss. Oh lord, all the fun at once was epic. '' Time for fun'' he gave him the evil look and he reached for her hand and pulled her with him towards the water and ran in, as the waves touched their feet and the level of water started to rise as he walked in to the water till the level of water was above his legs.

faith was pretty exited, if teddy really was going to kiss her, she wondered how it felt. teddy was a flirt, so faith was sure that he kissed many girls, however she never had the chance to do so yet. many people had told faith that she should be dating teddy, and that sometimes they acted like they were already together. there had been times when faith would just cuddle into teddy, and she liked it like that. being close to teddy was something she was always willing to do, and was very fond of. the only thing faith worried about was that she didn't want to be a friend that teddy flirted with and kissed on occasion. she hated playing around, and she wanted commitment.

when teddy took off his shirt, faith giggled. "oh babe, you're always hot. i just never tell you." she winked a little, pulling teddy close for a minute. as he kissed her cheeks she couldn't help but blush a little, and then hide her face so he couldn't see her red cheeks. "no, i'm definitely more excited than you!" she said, running out with teddy to the water. as they got deeper into the water, faith kept moving closer to teddy. faith reached down into the water, splashing teddy a little bit. giggling, she then pulled teddy close to her, wrapping her arms around his neck. "i'm not sorry, for splashing you." it had been awhile since faith had been this close to a guy, and she was glad it was with teddy. she was just going to have to see how things went.
