Audrey looked through her closet, she had nothing to wear! OK, she had a lot to wear, but not anything she found suitable to go and hang, er, study, with her boyfriend. Audreys cheeks became hot at the thought of her boyfriend, Crispin. She still couldn’t believe she actually had a boyfriend, when only about a week ago she didn’t believe in love. Now she couldn’t get enough, loving the way her heart picked up its pace when thinking of Cris, and how she couldn’t help but bite her lip nervously. Only a week ago the two had been enemies, calling each other names and arguing, who would have thought they would end up together?
As Audrey looked though her closet, she thought of that day at the park, the day he finally told her he loved her and the day Audrey found there was love. Audrey spun a little, and stopped herself, ok, she thought, you’re in a relationship, not a fairytale, but it felt like a fairytale to her. Audrey pulled on a pair of skinny jeans and tank top as well as her boots. She finally decided that was the outfit to wear, and walked out of her bedroom, bag slung over shoulder and ready to go. As she excitedly crossed the house, she almost didn’t hear her mom tell her to take a jacket. “I won’t need o-“ as Audrey threw open the door the cool air made the hair on her arms stand up, and she grabbed a jacket with a sheepish look on her face as her mom gave her a I Told You So look. “Be home a bit later mum, love you” Audrey said as she rushed out the house and into the cool night air. It was only 8 pm but it was getting dark already
Audrey drove with the music on a random pop channel and on full blast, the wind blowing her dark hair around. She loved fall, the night air felt so good, she wanted to just sit on her front porch all of tonight, or better yet, Crispins. Audrey parked her car and stepped out, inhaling as she tried to get her nerves calmed, they had been dating for a week, how come she still acted like a little school girl at the thought of seeing him? She closed the car door and walked up to the front door and knocked. She rocked on her heals and clutched the strap of her bag. She wondered how her nerves would react when she saw him, and closed her eyes as a wind played with her hair.Outfit Click here!!!!Words:467 Tag:Crispin!!!

Sometimes things had a funny way of playing out it seemed in Crispin’s mind, like one day he and Audrey are down each other’s throat and the next they are dating. Crispin wouldn’t have it any other way though, the day when he told Audrey the truth was really the best thing he ever did. He loved her so much and he knew that, he always knew that but pretended he hated her to hide his fears of rejection. Yes, Crispin had a fear of being rejected and being rejected by Audrey would kill him since he was so in love with her, which was why he devised the plan to pretend to hate her. He still got very jealous of all the people that got too hug her, laugh with her, and just be her friends, because in a way that was just what he wanted all along if not more than that. He hated always picking on her and teasing her more than anything but in his mind it was always just better that way.
Turning his lap to he smiled standing up setting it to the side walking to his closet to change his clothes before Audrey came over for their “study date”, but of course he had a feeling they wouldn’t get much studying done. They never seemed too when they were together, and they had only really been dating a week and when they were studying it was normally him teaching her since he was a grade higher. Not that it changed anything though, he was known to be very scatter brained sometimes and pulling a plain tee shirt and a pair of jeans on he nodded smoothing out his shirt heading down stairs with his back pack putting it on the couch heading quickly to his kitchen grabbing a few things heading back to the living room setting them on the table looking at the clock.
Hearing the knock on the door he kicked a few shoes aside before heading to it opening it quickly smiling, “hey Audrey” her said hugging her. “You look great, but you always do” he added.

Audrey was lost in her little own world when Cris opened the door and hugged her. She was shocked at first but it didn’t take long for her to sigh and wrap her arms around him. He felt so warm compared to the bitter wind that bit her skin, but even if she hadn’t been in his embrace she would have forgotten about it. Audrey had been with Cris for a week now, and was sooo head over heels for him. Before she had found out her true feelings for Cris she hadn’t believed in love, she thought it was something people made up, and the word ‘Love’ was just a way to get what you want. Not like Audrey ever tossed such a powerful word around like that, she thought it was a very selfish thing to do, even if she hadn’t fully understood it.
Now Audrey knew just how powerful love can be. It made her voice (and slight accent) just a little sweeter, and she swore she felt lighter when she walked. She smiled up at Cris, letting her obsidian colored bangs get in her eyes, like they usually do. “’Ey yourself” she blushed just a little as he complimented her. Audrey stood on her tip toes and put a light kiss on Crispin’s lips before she moved inside. It was still so odd, kissing someone. Her lips always tingled for awhile after they kissed, it was a sensation she was glad become use to.
Audrey couldn’t help but take a good look at Cris as she moved inside. Audrey had always thought he was attractive, more so then a lot of the other guys at school. He could have worn rags and she still would have wanted to get an eyeful. What was even more thrilling was that she could say that Cris was hers, and nobody else’s. Ever since they started going out Audrey felt more protective over him, not exactly jealousy (she was always a bit laid back) and trusted Cris when it came to other girls. It was the other girls she didn’t trust.
Audrey walked over to the couch and plopped down. She had her bag of school books with her, but she doubted much studying would be done. They usually studied, he mostly doing the work and helping her since school wasn’t her forte (she got excited when she got C’s) but tonight felt like when of those nights. She wanted to joke and cuddle and talk, and if she did actually work then her mind definitely wouldn’t be in those heavy textbooks that were making her bag so heavy. She shrugged her jacket off and motioned for Cris to come sit by her “So how are we going to do this? You do the work and I watch or just no work at all” Audrey smiled, joking.

Crispin was always warm, it was odd how that happened but he didn’t seem to really mind it at all. It made things a lot easier in the fall and the winter when it was colder outside. He just normally wore a light jacket and that was enough for him, it wasn’t often you saw him in anything different. Jeans and shirts, with maybe a jacket, that was about all he wore. He just didn’t feel the need to dress fancy often, and when he did dress nicely he made sure it was for a good reason. Today wasn’t really one of those reasons, which explained why he decided to just wear jeans and a shirt.
He didn’t think Audrey would mind it at all, she seemed to like him in whatever he wore and he really liked that about her. He liked her anyway, and he knew that wouldn’t ever change. He now knew that telling Audrey he loved her was the smarted thing he could have ever done. When she walked into his house and kissed him he smiled, even now her kisses made him smiled and his lips tingled like mad.
It was a feeling that though he never felt it before he loved the feeling, and really hoped it was a feeling that he would always feel. Sitting down beside her he laughed a little bit. Yes he was very full aware of the fact that it seemed that every time they tried to do school work it turned out that he did pretty much most of the work seeing as he was a pretty good student in school and kept pretty good grades. He had high hopes for his future or at least his parents seemed too, he didn’t quite know what he wanted to do in the future and his dad had his mind set on his son being a doctor or something.
To be honest that was really not what he was actually hoping for when he thought of career choices. If anything he was into music not that kind of stuff, but like that really matter to his parents. “You know if I keep doing your work for you, you’ll never learn anything Audrey” he said shaking his head sitting down on his couch right beside her. “Even though I know you like it when I do it for you, because you get happy when you get C’s and in my house that is not allowed” he looked at her. “I guess we can hold off on the studying for now though, I know I’ll be fine” he added.

Audrey pulled her legs to her body and rested her chin on her knees, thinking that tonight was going to be a better one. Usually at night, when her mother was working at the hospital, she had to lock herself in her bedroom in fear that her bastard step-father would come at her. It wasn’t like that with Cris though, here she was safe. For the moment anyway. She would have to go back sooner or later, and then face the man she absolutely hated. Audrey tried not to think of that though, instead she let her thoughts drift to her boyfriend. He could wear rags and she would still find him handsome as he would be in a tux, even though she had never seen that sight before.
Audrey wrinkled her nose “I know, mother” she said, joking again. It was somewhat true though, but still, she was at least making passing grades in homework. She blinked “Happy? I become over joyed when I get C’s” Audrey said, smiling devilishly. Sad as it was, she did like getting C’s (opposed to the lower grades she sometimes got) and she almost became beside herself when she gets anything higher. Ya, school wasn’t her forte, but she wanted to be a musician anyways. Her mother would look at Audrey with a stare that says “You’re so not going to make it past 19” when Audrey told her mother her ambitions, but that didn’t slow her down. Not the slightest. Audrey chuckled and said “You’ll be fine, but yet again im pretty hopeless when it comes to school” With that Audrey leaned forward and kissed Cris. With him, she was safe. She felt like nothing could possibly touch her when she was with him, and it was a feeling she found so foreign. Tonight though, she just wanted him.
