running around her brand new house like a crazy lady, trying to make sure the house looked just to her standards. maci had bought new furniture for every room in the house, new appliance, new accessories, and new technology for everything. she was out of her mind, and trying to step up to her normal standards. she brushed off her victoria secret pink shirt before she darted to the kitchen when she heard the oven go off. andrew would be home soon, and dinner had to be ready of course.
most the time, she played it off first as the 'good wife', 'the loving wife' and then after a while...things turned sour. she turned into the 'evil wife'. she would flip out if you were two seconds later than you said you would be earlier. but, for now, she would be the good girl, which meant buttering up to andrew. making sure that everything was perfect, and she looked like the ideal wife that everyone wanted. which she was the wife everyone wanted though. but, not the ideal picture perfect one. because what good wife ends up killing thier husbands?
she moved quickly taking the turkey out of the oven, and placing it on the oven. it was the last thing in the meal that needed to cook. she had the mashed potatoes, the carrots, and the corn already out in a bowl set up on the dinning room table. she smirked, and then went to finish up setting up the table. she placed two plates for her and andrew down, and one for her older son, and then made sure to push the high chair close to her seat. she had two little sons, one was two years old, and one was almost a year old. they were from her second marriage, with kevin. maci never pictured herself as a mother, but she thought it would up her 'wife' image a tad, and add the 'mother image' as well.
but one thing she never imagined was that she'd be good at being a mother. because she never imagined her life with children in it, she just imagined herself rich, and always single, ever since she was a little girl. maci didn't ever want to depend on a guy, or be tied down. she wanted to have fun, make her life something. she got her own way to get what she wanted. she smirked, and then looked to the living room where her two little sons were playing in. one was in his play pen, and the other, sitting there watching his daily tv show he always watched.
maci smirked, looking at the clock, it was four fifty eight. two more minutes and andrew would walk through this door, and smell the amazing dinner that maci cooked.

Looking at the clock mounted into his car Andrew smiled, only a few minutes till he would be home from his long day at work. Sure the man liked his job, he just didn’t like having to wake up early in the morning to go to it and then work eight to twelve hours a day and then there was his drives home that took about twenty minutes if there was only slight traffic on the road. Sometimes he wasn’t that lucky and got home later than he would have hoped to, tonight was not going to be that case. He would be home to his wife Maci and two step children very soon, sure marrying a women who had two kids was a little odd for the man but he didn’t see much of it.
Maci appeared to love him, or at least she liked him to believe that she did. What she did behind his back was beyond him since he worked in the morning and didn’t get home in till the night around six or seven, more times than most it was six like it was tonight. Turning on the next street he took a deep breath, he was nearly home and he could just eat dinner and relax. He hated the long hours he had to work some days, only really for the reason that it got very tiring and bothersome and the people there always tended to easily get on his nerves. Which was actually the very case today at work, someone got on his nerves and he kept his cool which he was really good at.
Making the very last right he took a final glance at the clock, few minutes to get home and he was almost there. ”Thank god” he muttered to his self running his fingers through his hair quickly, the day really couldn’t have gone by any slower for him and by noon he was ready to already go home, even though he still had hours till he was able to go home. Getting to his house he pulled his car up onto the driveway, stopping it and grabbing his jacket from his passenger seat. This morning it was slightly cold, but it turned into a cool night and he didn’t find any need for it. Stepping out of car he fixed his shirt and tie before heading into the house. “I’m home” he said the minute he walked through the front door smelling dinner.

maci was in the middle of putting her youngest son into his highchair, when she heard her husbands voice from the door. she buckled her son into the seat, and rushed over to great her husband. she smiled, and said" i'm so happy to see you, honeybee!" she took his jacket from his hand, hanging it up on the coat rack, and then said" how was work, honey?" she said, with her little sweet smile.
maci had a way of doing things, and it had to be her way at all times. she always had to get way, or she wouldn't be the most fun to be around. she smiled at him, and then said" dinners all set up, just how you like it, my dear." more like how she liked it, actually. but she was good at lying, and pretending about everything. she was a very good actor. she put her classic fake smile on her face, and grabbed his hand, leading him to the dinning room.
she looked towards him, and said" well, i made turkey, mashed potatoes, carrots, and corn, and of course, gravy." she added with her smile at the end. she played the picture perfect wife, perfectly. she looked up to him, and with nonneed of being on her tippytoes, she planted a kiss on his lips. she turned away, walking to the table, and pulled out a chair for him, and said" sit, my love. you must of had a hard day at work. you look absolutely tired."

When Maci greeted him at the door he smiled a little bit, “work was dreadful like always due to the people there that just enjoy getting on my nerves and pushing every single one of my buttons and more than once. I was close to punching someone in the face more than once” Andrew watched as Maci took his jacket and went to hang it up on the coat rack that they had by the door. He could have done it on his own but was too tired to do much of anything right now, he yawned a little before going and taking his seat at the table.
“Everything looks perfect hun” he said after she kissed him and he took his seat at the table, and it did to. Maci always made pretty good dinners and since he liked to eat he saw that as a very good thing. “It all sounds very good hun” he said nodding his head, “oh and yes I did have a very hard day at work. I’m as tired as can now and just can’t wait to sleep” he yawned a little bit just to show how tired she really was and he knew after dinner he was just going to relax. Maybe he’d even go to bed early today.
(sorry it's so short)

her kindness was fake. her smile was fake. her happiness was fake too. maci was all fake. for what now? anything she can get outta of the death of andrew that she could take. she knew what he had. he had worked all his life, he had money in the bank. it's not like she didn't already play with it, right? because she did. half of the stuff in this house she bought with his money, and in the end, she would be keeping it all. the house, the great pool they had out in the back, the a style house. it was all going to be her's. it's was perfect. expect for andrew.
maci could deal with raising two kids perfectly on her own. she would never hurt them, because they were the only males she didn't have to pretend to love. expect, no don't think fo that. she sighed, and said" sit, love. i'll serve you." she added her smile as she waited for him to seat. this was what she did. she catered to a man, she played the wife, the good wife, and then when they least expected it, she ended it all. and not in some pitty little divorce. she killed them. killed the evidence. but this time, she wanted this house. she made the life she needed. minus andrew. he wasn't needed for much longer.

Thing is nothing about Andrew was fake, perhaps he was a little wary about marry Maci, but he had no idea what was really even in store for him and he had no idea that he was actually ever going to die either. All he knew was he was married, heck he didn’t even know his bank account was tampered with and after working much of his life he had a nice amount of money. It also helped that you had a wealthy father who passed away and left tons of money to you as an only child, yes that also had its perks. In fact this very house use to be his parents, he just decided that it would be a good house to live in still and it was a good house. It was a very nice house, a big house to and he grew up in it.
“Thank you” he was seated now at the table the tired expression still on his face, after his father died he took his company and ran it for him and sometimes that really tired him out. He still ran it for his dad though knowing he would be very upset if anyone else ran it, and if he died he knew they would have to find the next best person for that job and lord knows who that would ever be.

maci placed a pile of mashed potatoes on his plate, and next some corn, making sure to get it on the mashed potatoes, alittle since he seemed to like that. she then gave him some carrots, and a slice of turkey. she smiled, and said" gravy where, sweetie?" she looked at him waiting for his answer. she tapped her toe, and then thought oh whatever. she poured it on the mashed potatoes, and the turkey just alittle though.
she sat down at her chair, and made her own plate. she already set up the two boys with thier plate. the youngest always just got mashed potatoes, and corn, since he was just a little guy. she smiled, and then said" eat up, sweetie. it's good for you." she smiled, and took her fork, and took a forkfull of her mashed potatoes.

Andrew had to get use to the way things went on in the house fast, since Maci had her own way of doing everything and would get mad if something dare be done wrong. He noticed that about her very quickly and easily understand, it was always Maci’s way and it was almost very easy for the man to get that and he went by that now to. Her way was only the real way to go and as she put food on his plate and the gravy as well he just nodded, where she put it on his food was just perfect.
Picking as his food he began eating, “so how was your day?” he asked just trying to get some form of conversation going on so they weren’t sitting in total silence now. Total silence would just be really boring in his opinion so he would much rather have them talk about anything to pass the time along. There was nothing wrong with talking right.

andrew was a good 'pet' for now, she must admit. he was like a puppet. she could do anything, and know he wouldn't say a damn thing about it. why? because he was afraid of her. her evil smirk appeared after realizing this. she looked up to her two boys, smiling. they were her everything. usually a normal girl, would include her husband, but not with maci. she didn't need any husband. though, for some reason, she always got married.
i think it was the whole how she turtored them, and then killed them. she loved it. she enjoyed doing it. she smiled, and then heard him talk. she looked up to him, and said" my day was great, love." she smiled and then said" i went shopping. finishing the touches of the house up alittle more. the babysitter came, so i went." she took another bite of her food, and then added after she was done" they were both sleeeping like little angels when i came home."

Andrew was said to have always been a pushover and it wasn’t something he just help either, it was really sorta just how he is and there was no changing how he was right. He was born a certain way and raised a certain way and he was raised to always keep his girl happy and he did just that, he always hated when someone was upset and when that happened he did everything in his power to change it. He couldn’t stand unhappy people of course, unhappy people were no good at all right, right.
“I’m glad you had a good day hun, and I’m glad the boys were good to. Glad everything was good” he nodded taking another bite of his food and chewing it slowly, the food that Maci made was delicious. In fact anything she made was always very good and he always looked forward to coming home and eating dinner, “The finishing touched you made on the house are perfect by the way” he added with another slight nod.

she smiled, lightly at her 'pet' for he was happy with her choices and food. this sort of made everything alright lately. she smirked and continued to eat her food. everything was falling into place, he was sweet, he was thinking she was perfect. the killing would happen very soon, and she would enjoy it.
her eyes stared at him and then said " well i'm glad you like it." she sort of said it with a hiss but, not really. maci could go to sweetheart to a bitchy mood in about five seconds flat. it was just her mood swings. she stood up, staring around, and sighed and then said" i still don't like it. i'll probably be up all night rearranging this dumb house." make fun of house- check. she knew he grew up here, she knew he loved it here too. he thought it was the perfect house. she sighed and said" this house has the worse set up. i can never get the rooms to look how i want." she stormed to the kitchen to continue on with washing the dishes. " i can't believe you really love this house." she yelled towards him.

Andrew being the oblivious man he was had no idea there was even a plot to kill him going on, he just thought this was all normal everyday routines and in his mind they were with Maci. It was all stuff he really had to get use to with her and little by little he was getting use to it all to, but it was going to be hard to. Like when she just said she didn’t like the house that really made him unhappy. This was the house he was in for years and years now.
“I grew up in this house though, my dad gave me this house in his will when he died along with everything else he passed along to me in his death” Andrew said quietly. He glanced around the house slowly; it wasn’t how it was when he was a kid though since Maci redecorated it. He didn’t say anything about it though, and he didn’t wonder where all the old furniture in the house went either. “This house has always been my home, and it will always be my home” he shook his head slightly. He really did love this house, “and yes I do love this house” he added.

maci glared at him with her eyes. oh maci, she could be a canving little thing sometimes, that just has this little evil spark in her. she listened to him rant and then said" and why would i care that you love it? really tell me that." she was just not in the mood for his bull. she went down to the living room, and sighed. she looked around and said" i want it to look modern with a touch of beachy, but the house is so stupid, i can't get the look i want." she looked back at him and said" oh yeah, the old stuff, i put it away in storage. don't even worry, i made sure everything wasn't broken."
she looked at him, and then said" you're so stupid, sometimes." her moods could change in a minute, in seconds actually. she sighed, and said" yeah, yeah whatever." she walked to the table, and unbluckled her son, matthew. she moved to max and took him off the chair. she looked at him, and said" i'm putting matthew to bed. then i'm watching my lifetime, and taking a bath. don't flipping talk to me either." she stormed off with matthew attached to her hip.

Andrew blinked very slightly; even now he was not use to Maci’s bad side. This was the very side of her that always seemed to scare him and made him wonder about her, “uh I uh don’t know” he muttered quietly glancing slowly around the house he knew so very well and loved so very much. “At least you put the old stuff in storage, I really liked all that old furniture” he sighed before finishing his food standing up looking at her confused.
“How am I stupid, I never did anything even wrong” he added to everything else just being said sighing deeply shaking his head. “Fine fine do whatever you wish, I’m going to bed early” with that he walked right up to bed. He knew not to anger Maci any further; her mad was a really bad sign.
