Matt pulled on to the drive way from football practice he had to get a shower and then head over to the restaurant he was meeting Talia at because early in the day she had told them they needed to talk. Matt didn't know what it was about but he was hoping it was nothing bad. Matt walked into his house running to the shower to get clean. Matt finished taking his shower and ran to his closet pulling on his jeans and a shirt Matt didn't look at what he was wearing running back down to his motorcycle he didn't have much time and he knew Talia was probably already there so he jumped on his back pulling his helmet on and walking his bike out the drive way. Matt knew Talia didn't like his motorcycle, but he liked to drive it around so she would have to deal with him driving his bike. Matt revved up the bike and speed off down the road headed to restaurant.

Matt had a long day today, and all he really wanted to do was go home and sleep but this was the only day Talia had free the whole week and she really needed to talk to him so he had said yes and didn't want to just cancel on her. Matt turned down the road to the restaurant and started to look for a place to park his bike he pulled off the side of the road and locked his helmet to his bike and made his way down the side walk waving at every one he knew. Matt opened to the the door the restaurant looking for Talia as he walked in he found her sitting on at a table for two Matts nerves his him as he got closer to the table he had a gut feeling that it wasn't going to be a good talk.

Matt got to the table and walked up behind Talia kissing her on top of the head as he walked over to the chair across from her, and sat down smiling at her. Matt didn't really know what to do or say so he he smiled and said " Hi Talia how are you, and How was your day? " Matt leaned back in his chair relaxing trying not to fall asleep on Talia was going to be hard since he had been at soccer and football practice all day, and all he wanted to do was sleep. Matt let out a yawn and said" What all did you do today my Talia?"

This was it. Natalia took a deep breath, her hand trailing over the 'send' button on her cell phone. Four simple words were spelled out in front of her, and a million different emotions were playing out inside of her. 'we need to talk.' These four words were the start of many that Talia intended to say that night. And, yet, they seemed so impractical. She finally willed herself to hit the send button and then had made her way out of the house. Her relationship with Matt was slowly dying and tonight she intended to end it. Starting now, she was done with it.

That had been about a hour ago. Talia now sat in a small Mexican restaurant, glaring blatantly at the menu. Matt would be here any second, and she felt as if each second that she sat here alone her frustration was growing. Talia was always a fairly meek, insecure, and overall forgiving person... but, she still found herself frustrated with everything that had been happening since they dated. Her brother and Matt we clashing more than ever; Savannah had moved in with her boyfriend; and each passing day she found herself trusting him less and less. Relationships were built on trust... Natalia knew that. Which was exactly why she needed to end this.

Suddenly Talia felt Matt's presence. He made his way over, pausing to greet her before sliding down in the chair across from her. Talia kept her eyes glued to the menu, knowing that if she looked up, she'd crack. There were very few moments when Talia had a temper, but sometimes she couldn't control it. So, she tried to stay quiet. "Hi, Matt." She paused, choosing her words carefully. She willed her tone to stay neutral. "My day was fine. How was yours?"

Various items on the menu seemed to be taunting her. Normally Talia loved this place and the smell of their food made her hungry, but today it just made her sick. She was almost wishing she had chosen somewhere without food to have this conversation. "Just had oboe lessons, and school. What did you do?" The casual conversation made Talia glare all the harder at the menu. She almost wondered if Matt picked up on her tension, but didn't want to ask. She wanted this to go as well as possible, and she didn't think that bringing all their issues up so soon would be a good way to start.

Matt looked down at the menu he wasn't really hungry and mexican wasn't exactly what he wanted after being out in the heat all day for football practice. Matt put his hands down on the table and said" It was okay besides being in the heat all day.'' Matt loved working out for football but it seemed like as the season got closer and it being his last year he was geting angry he didn't know why, and the fact that all the drama was going on between him and Talia didn't make it much better he loved Talia with all his heart but he knew that they could only be friends he was just hoping that Talia thought the same because he didn't know what he would do if he didn't have her in his life even if she was just there to talk to him. Matt knew by the way she was acting that it wasn't going to be a good talk.

Matt looked around the restraunt and then back to Talia and said" Morning practice then school then practice again, and pretty soon soccer will start and me and brynlee will be working at soccer together. What exciting things are coming up for you Talia?'' Matt picked up the menu again trying keep his mind off all the things Talia could say to him he knew that if he kept thinking about it his nerves would get the best of him and he would break down. Matt looked back to Talia and asked" Talia i really want to say im sorry for ever thing i put you threw and what ever happens between us i still want to be friends with you."
