Ok so i am thinking Amelia and Landon should be former flames.
Since they are both seniors they could have dated in their sophomore year but broke up suddenly because he was cheating on her and she flipped out on him. Ever since she has hated him with a passion but maybe since she has come back down to down he hits on her at school or something just trying to piss her off.

Well I saw you have a kind of plot already for the rape victim but if you can't find anybody, maybe he could have raped Skye. Like when she was completely off her face on drink/drugs or maybe even passed out. She either did say no and he ignored her or she couldn't say no. Either way he has this view that since she's normally easy and up for it, he can do as he likes. It's almost his 'right' to sleep with her regardless. Afterwards her mind is really hazy from everything she took and so she either doesn't remember really what happened or thinks he raped her but doesn't trust her memory enough to say that for sure. Then maybe as they sleep together again, things he says and does bring it all back, or he eventually tells her?

That is a massive outpouring of ideas, and you totally don't have to go with it xD Do you have any ideas for them?

hmm. I like the one about her being in a haze with the whole rape thing. The only issue is that I dont think he'd ever have the balls to say he raped her - infact he would do whatever he could to make sure she didn't think he raped her. Would she try to press charges against him once its all brought out to light or is she going to threaten Landon with it? I am honestly down for whatever because I think it could be interesting. Landon obviously feels bad for the rape, but like you said he feels like its hit "right" to do whatever he wants with her because sex is sex between them.

will she find out about his past, or is he going to confide in her about it? Landon is terrified that someone would tell on him and he'd face jail time so I dont know if he'd tell someone unless he was sure no one else would find out. I am down for them forging a good friendship though because the thread we already have (i love it) seems to head that way.

Hmm, I wonder whether maybe it never truly comes to light then? Skye maybe has a 'realisation' about it but doesn't fully trust her own mind since she's mentally ill and was under the influence of lots of drink and drugs. So she kind of secretly suspects it but won't say anything in case he's completely innocent and she just makes herself look even more mad. If he is also unwilling to admit anything then it all kind of stays under the surface. Maybe he even kind of manipulates her to make think it wasn't him if she ever says anything about being attacked. Or we can scrap the whole rape idea, it's completely up to you since this isn't what you were originally thinking.

No, I love the idea. I think if it ever did surface then Landon could question her sanity which could cause her to keep quiet about it since she is unsure. Or it could start under the surface because both sides dont want it to come to the light for their own personal reasons. Or he could tell her but threaten to question her sanity if she tells which could put her in a tought spot. Hows that?
