--Marie looked up at the sky and squinted. The sun was up so high and bright today, it made her wonder what time of the day it was. Actually she was interested in what day it was. She remember she had went to a party and she guessed she tried some things, but she woke up in a house that wasn’t hers and people laid all around. It must have been fun, she thought. It didn’t take her long to pull herself together and head back home. There she showered, dressed, and was out the door again. Marie didn’t try checking the time or the day. She just left and soon found herself at the beach.
--The girl had slipped off her shoes and went the shore line. She stood just out of the reach of the water and sort of had her arms spread out around her. The blonde girl just stared out at the sky and wondered, why she deserve more days like this. Marie smiled at the warm sunrays that touched her skin and kept standing there. She honestly had no care of who was around her, or who gave her odd looks. Before she would have made sure she wasn’t seen mad, but now, what did it matter?
--Her blue eyes were hidden behind the lids and she just kept herself there. No thoughts entered her mind, she just was there to be there. She loved being so carefree. It was nice, it was different, and she hoped it would last. The girl finally let her arms down and looked out at the ocean. She still missed the drive though, trying to be the best, and she was getting so good at it. The girl picked up a rock and threw it straight out into the water, relieving some of the anger she was feeling.

Oh I miss those days as the years go by
Oh nothing's sweeter than summer timeMax jogged down the beach, losing herself in the exercise and the music that came from the headphones placed in her ears. She had been running steady for some time now, and was pretty sure she was sweating out the alcohol she had consumed the previous night. It was amazing she even got herself out of bed that morning, considering the party she had attended should have had her completely hung over. Granted, her head throbbed, but the pain on her side and the labored breathing made her forget that. Max absolutely loved exercise, and figured she was going to need all the strength she could muster if she wanted to work in security one day, which she did. At first glance Max didn’t look like that kind of girl who’d want to get down and dirty, but get to know her and it wouldn’t be much of a surprise she’d want to kick ass one day. Once her legs felt like led and she lost feeling in her arms she slowed her pace, and finally came to a slow walk. She wiped her face with a small towel wrapped around shoulders, knowing very well her face was probably flushed, but couldn’t really care about her appearance. Her stomach hurt from the exercise, right where she had been shot a year previous. She shuddered, remembering the incident, but didn’t dwell on it. She didn’t like to burden herself with past decisions and predicaments, though being shot at was sort of a scenario hard to forget. Like something like that could possibly stop her recklessness and party habits, if anything she was twice as reckless as she had been; she almost died once, and if it ever happened again she could at least say she lived a little. Max walked closer to the water, stumbling a little since her legs still felt heavy from the run and her head throbbed from the night previous.
She didn’t care that her shoes were getting wet as she walked along the shoreline, and she stretched her arms as she walked, closing her eyes at the sound of the waves crashing down. When she opened her eyes she saw she had come across a girl, standing a few feet to the side of her, and smiled a little as the teenager, who was smaller than herself, tossed a rock into the ocean “Careful there, those things can be dangerous” she said, referring to the rock jokingly. clothing
