WHITNEY DOOLEY TAYLOR

Whit is Stephy's older sister. Where Stephy gets along with just about anyone and isn't afraid of getting down and dirty, Whit is the beauty-queen slash cheerleader who is all southern belle. Whitney feels the need to be the center of attention all the time and hates even having a sister because it takes attention away from her. So, in order to punish Stephanie for even being born she sets out to purposely sabotage her, that way Whit always looks like the 'good' child. Whitney is obsessed with being perfect and pretty at all times, after all she is a beauty queen! She's also manipulative despite seeming so blonde and dumb.

Augusta 'Auggie' Buchanan is another southern girl uprooted to Lipton. Auggie is more like Stephanie except she has a wild, willing streak a mile long. Auggie is always up for trying anything once. She's gotten herself into a whole mess of trouble in the past for her crazy girl streak. Though, she still knows how to be a lady...well, at least to semi-behave in the presence of adults. She's more redneck than one would expect from her delicate looks. She loves to go hunting, fishing, muddin', dancing, and get drunk. Of course, she's always careful when the latter happens. She's Stephy's partner in crime who gets her into all kinds of trouble.
CAROLINA 'LINA' LUANNE MONTGOMERY
Sixteen. Sophomore. Straight. Cousin/Best Friend. "secret is up to you." Social butterfly. Proper. Southern Belle. Sweet. Kind. Courteous. Caring. Loyal. Whitney Duncan.
Lina is the sweet, social butterfly who is always proper and a true southern debutante. Though she always tries to be polite and courteous she ends up being drug into whatever Auggie and Stephanie get into. Usually that involves doing something she otherwise would avoid. She's not a goody-goody mind you, in fact she gets herself into interesting situations, she just has this pressure to be innocent by her parents. Otherwise this southern belle loves to help people and is really kind. She's loyal to a fault and super-caring. She is Stephanie's cousin and her best friend.
TRENTON 'TRENT' JAMES FAIRCLOTH
Sixteen. Junior. Bisexual. Enemy/Secret Boyfriend. "I am dating her but I am gay." Jock. Asshole. Selfish. Self-absorbed. Football Captian. Bully. Soft-hearted when you get close to him. Hides a sweet side. Secretly bi. Argiris Karras (as Riley from Degrassi ONLY).
Trent is known as the school's Golden Boy and soon to be star captain of the high school's football team. On the outside, and to most of the students, he is an obnoxious bully who thinks highly of himself. He's a total jerk and an asshole, regularly picking on all the other kids. He loves sports and lives and breathes football. Despite being a total jock asshole he hides a soft, sensitive side that people rarely see. One of these select few is Stephanie. The two are outwardly worst enemies and have been since Stephy moved to Lipton, but they're hiding a secret relationship. Stephanie got to know Trent in an English tutoring thing for school and fell for him. Despite the fact they're falling for one another school hierarchy dictates they act like they hate one another. Trent is also hiding his own secret, he's gay and falling for one of the other football team members.
TUCKER JOHNNY SHELTON

This is Tucker Shelton. He is going to be Stephanie's future and final. They won't meet till after she and Trent break up after she catches him with his boyfriend. When the truth comes clean she'll be sad and heartbroken. She and Tuck will meet when Tucker moves to Lipton to work on his uncle's farm. The two will meet and start hanging out. She will be wary of him at first, having just gotten over a breakup, but eventually the two will fall in love and he will be her final.
Tucker is sweet, funny, caring, and a total gentlemen. He loves to sing and is an authenic cowboy from Tennessee.
