Nelly is the HEAD CHEF at Viktor's restaurant and also at the family home but he was discovered by Viktor since most of the members of the family are usually brought in by Evette. Not all of the members actually have had the dental fang surgery where Vik pays for them to have yet Nelly does which means he is very important to his boss.
