HEY MR FALLEN STAR d o n t y o u k n o w t h a t i w o r s h i p y o u?
HEY MR BIG ROCK STAR, i w a n n a g r o w u p j u s t l i k e y o u! Life had been a chaotic, hectic mess for Alix the last two months. Leyla had gone into a sudden delivery and had given birth to their daughter Avaleigh Madeline Delacroix on the thirteenth of March. Alix had been pretty much indifferent to the whole thing, but as soon as he laid his eyes on his daughter he was struck with an overwhelming sense of love. It had been like opening his eyes for the first time. Apprehensively he'd held out his hands to hold the new, crying lifeform. But as soon as she was laid into his arms she immediately ceased crying. Leyla had made the comment that even the baby knew who and what he was. He'd cradled that little child in his arms as her big, blue eyes gazed up at him. She'd even made a happy noise. He'd not had much time since to attend to anything else as he'd had a heavy hand in helping with the baby.
He had woken up early that morning anyway, more because of the baby than his own accord. And he'd been debating since he woke up on contacting Anna or not. Finally, Alix had decided today, just after the two month mark of Ava's birth, that he would go see Anna. He was sure Anna was probably pissed at him for taking so long not to contact her. Or perhaps she was going to be understanding of his situation. Had anyone even contacted her that Avaleigh had been born? He wasn't even sure that anyone had been in contact with her period since Leyla went into labor. He simply texted Anna that morning and told her to meet him at the park. If she showed up or not was her call, really. If she didn't he could easily eighty-six her out of his inner circle. But if she showed up then they could resume things just as before. He could understand if she was pissed. But he wouldn't tolerate her mouthing off at him right now. After his third cup of black coffee he'd woken Leyla up to let her know he was taking Avaleigh to the park. She'd been so tired since the birth she simply waved him off.
Alix dressed himself in a pair of black pants and a black dress shirt then slipped on his trench coat. After putting on his shoes, combing his hair, and applying his makeup he'd gone to get Avaleigh dressed. He put her in a gorgeous black, velvet trimmed dress, little black stockings and black Mary Janes. Carefully he'd slipped a black toboggian with a black rose onto her hair, covering what little black hair she had growing in. Her big blue eyes gazed into his own and she giggled as he made kissing faces and coos at her. After slipping her skull pacifier into her mouth her loaded her into the expensive, custom baby carriage he'd had made and left. He took time to load the baby into the carseat and drive to the park going well under the speed limit. After he arrived he'd simply strolled around pushing the carriage for a while, enjoying the serene atmosphere of the park and the lovely day. One could take one look at Alix and see a change. Even though he was still a haughty, self-absorbed man who expected everyone around him to bow and worship him, there was a definitely a calmer attitude about him. The child, his little girl, had definitely changed him. He sat on a bench and watched the birds flying overhead. The blue sky, the clouds, the sunshine. It all mirrored the joy he had about the baby.
He had been sitting with Avaleigh for over twenty minutes before she began crying. Immediately he picked her up and tried to figure out what was wrong. Finally, he determined she was hungry. He cradled the little thing against his chest and held a bottle up to feed her with. She suckled the bottle gratefully as she kept her eyes on Alix. It was amazing how much love could be possessed by the look of such a small creature. And Alix counted himself fortunate to get the opportunity to be a father. He had made a vow that night to look after Avaleigh and protect her from whatever wanted to harm her. To keep her safe from the horrors of the world. And he'd see that promise through. Alix checked his watch and smiled. Anna would arrive anytime now. And then he'd have another one of his favorite girls by his side. He smiled at little Avaleigh and cooed at her before she completely took over his attention. Nothing else in the park mattered as he smiled down at his baby girl.

Today had been filled with fake smiles, holding the tears back, and shaking all day long. Today, marked two months that she had not seen or heard from Alix. Sometimes, she was fine with it. But other times, She wasn't. But that was all because she was carrying his child. She had recently just found out that she is almost three months pregnant. After she found out that Leyla was carrying his child, apart of her grew intensly jealous of her that she was having something so incrediable with someone that Anna didn't even like sharing. Her skin cringed, and her blood boiled most the time when she thought of Leyla, all pregnant and yet still looking like a model. She had her mind cleared of all her thoughts for once today, intill she heard her ring tone go off. She knew exactly who's ring tone it was. Alix. Her hands trembled as she flipped her simple phone open, and hit 'read now'.
He was requesting her presences at the park. Well, here it was. Alix wanted to see her. She got what she was dying for. But, Could she really go? Could she really tell him that she was carrying his child? That she had seemed to figure out that she needed to do what was best for her baby. In the course of only two weeks, she had simply falling in love with the little peanut that was growing rapidly inside of her. She had found out that she may be more in love with this baby inside of her, then she was with Alix himself. But, what she really found out is that, She wanted to take care of this baby the best way she humanly could. She wanted to give this baby, all the love, the support, and attention she could, because she knew that she wanted to be a mother, and care for someone. Anna looked up at the wall where she had a picture of her and Alix from when they first started. A faint smile grew on her face, and she placed her hand on her stomach, and said" We're going to see Daddy, Peanut." She slipped her feet into her moccasins, and then grabbed her black northface on her body, and then threw her pink scarf around her neck. She then grabbed her phone before she walked out of her room.
After a ten minute walk to the park, she casually scanned the area, intill she had spotted Alix sitting on the bench near no one. She walked slowly, with her hands in her pocket, and her steps slower than ever. She was nervous, she was scared. But once she got closer, she saw what he had. A baby. Leyla had her baby. Anna stopped dead in her tracks, breathing heavly. Should she continue or turn back? She took a breath in, and decided well if i'm already here, then i should just get it the hell over with. Anna went up to the bench on the other side of him. Her eyes staring at Alix, and then the baby. Her eyes moved back and forth. Anna already knew that Alix would be a good father from how he was with Tabby. She took a breath, and sat down, not close to them either. Her hands were pushed in the pockets of her NorthFace, and her eyes were staring at the ground.
She looked up to Alix... and the baby. Leyla's baby. She wanted to cry. She wanted to scream how could you bring her here? She wanted to just flip, but she remembered why she was here. She took a deep breath, and said" Hello, Alix."

HEY MR FALLEN STAR d o n t y o u k n o w t h a t i w o r s h i p y o u?
HEY MR BIG ROCK STAR, i w a n n a g r o w u p j u s t l i k e y o u! Alix had just finished feeding Avaleigh and burping her. He held the little infant in his arms and kissed her forehead, much to coos and giggles from her. Despite his odd mannerisms, his unsual way of dressing, and his completely self-centered personality it seemed he was a natural father. He used a black cloth and wiped away the last of the food from around her tiny, perfect mouth. Alix merely lost himself in just watching her every movement and sound. This child was perfect, just as he was, and would get everything she wanted in life. Already she had a custom nursery with thousands of dollars of custom furniture. A wardrobe of clothes by the top designers. Her own staff of Followers catering to her every whim. Alix couldn't spoil this child enough. And the resemblance? Uncanny. The doctors said, after some genetic testing, it would be a high chance for her to have his heterochromia. Which meant little Ava would have two different color eyes like her daddy.
Alix actually was a bit apprehensive about bringing Avaleigh with him. He wasn't quite sure if Anna would be happy to see the baby or not. Or even if Anna had been informed. If someone had failed to notify Anna...well, there would be hell to pay. He remembered her not being there during the birth, like all the rest of his Followers were, though chalked it up to her being insecure and jealous of Leyla. The baby was lulling into sleep as he cradled her. This child had been the source of so much anger and bitterness at first. Though, as he did with any of his Followers who became with child, he doted on her to the fullest extent. Indeed, he felt a woman's biggest accomplishment in life was carrying a child. Especially if the child happened to be his. After Leyla made her announcement two of his female Followers had also come to him claiming to be pregnant. One of them was quickly marked as being a liar and thrown out of his home. The other girl, a pretty little blonde named Victoria, was actually carrying his child. Normally Alix used protection but sadly this was one of the few times he'd messed up. Gotten drunk on Absinthe and had sex with that girl. She was now six months into her pregnancy and Alix's attention was focused between her and raising his daughter. It had been confirmed less than a week ago now that Tori was also carrying a little girl. Alix couldn't help but feel dissapointed. He'd been hoping Tori was having a son...something he desperately craved.
When Alix was sure the baby was asleep he kissed her forehead and was almost ready to lay her down for a nap. Then he heard her voice. That angelic, baby-doll voice behind him. Alix's eyes lit up excitedly as he turned to see Anna standing there. She looked upset though was doing a poor job of hiding it. Alix gently laid Ava down in her baby carriage before turning his attention to Anna. He stood up and embraced her happily, picking her up off her feet and spinning her around before kissing her and setting her down. She was as beautiful as ever, more-so even. Alix adjusted his shirt and motioned to the bench so she could sit down. As soon as he'd gotten her seated he took her hands in his and smiled pleasantly at her.
"Anna, let me apologize first. Somehow Jeordie or Rita didn't manage to call you when Leyla went into labor. I'd assumed initally that you didn't come because of your issues with Leyla. But that's not like you, my love. I'm glad you are here now, darling, for you can meet her finally," Alix smiled and gestured to the sleeping baby, "This is Avaleigh Madeline Delacroix. We call her Ava, though. I'm excited for you to meet her."
Alix gingerly picked the baby up who fussed until she opened her eyes and saw Alix. The baby broke into a grin through her pascifer and snuggled against her dad. Alix stroked her face gently before turning so Anna could see his bundle of joy.
"Avaleigh, this is Anna, your godmother. I thought you'd be perfect for the role, Anna. You're very special to both Leyla and I. We decided if anything happened to us, we didn't want anyone else raising this child." Alix gave Anna a serious look.

Anna's eyes watched Alix, in a way that was a mixture of jealousy and aw. She couldn't wait to tell Alix the news. She was so happy. She never knew being a mother was a want of hers, but as soon as she came to the conclusion that no matter what, She had a bond with this little one that no one could ever have. She accepted it. Plus, It was alix's baby. It wasn't just a baby. It was a product of love, and a god. She smiled, watching him dotting his little baby girl, just the way he would with anyone else. Anna knew that the baby would be loved. And of course, she was the most beautiful thing, besides Tabby, that ever did exist. But, why wasn't that a suprise? Leyla was drop dead stunning... and well Alix was just sexy. She smiled, as her eyes watched him.
Then she was picked up, spun around, and kissed. Oh how, Alix could make her feel more alive than anything. She loved it. She loved the suprise that he brought to her daily. She loved the feelings he gave her. She smiled, as she was brought back on her feet. Then he started talking. She nodded, listening to every word. She nodded, paying attention to everyword he had said. Her eyes caught every part of the little baby. Of course, she was stunning. She was everything that Anna had imagined. A perfect little baby girl. Anna listened, and then... what did he just say? Godmother? Anna be a god mother to the baby of someone she hates. Well, that is one sure way to cause a fire. Anna breathed in and then smiled. Of course, for Alix's sake. She nodded, and said" That's really nice of you two. Even if I am not a big fan of Leyla, I will accept it. You are family to me. All of you."
She shifted her hair, and then moved her face away, for once hiding her feelings that she held in her heart. She returned her view to Alix. Someone she carried very much in her heart, someone that held her heart. She smiled, and then said" Alix, my love, I need to tell you something. But, for this, Please put Ava down, and sit." She didn't at all want little Ava to be hurt, or him to be standing. The care that she held for Alix was high. But, she knew what she had to do. She looked at him, and said" Please, with what I am going to say, don't get mad at me. It's the hardest thing I have ever had to tell you, or say in my life." She breathed, and said" I am not being selfish, I am not thinking of only myself. And I am sorry if it makes it seem like that, or that I am not thinking of you. But there's someone else in this equation. Someone that needs all my love, and all my care, and who needs his or her father."
She breathed again, and then said" Alix, I am pregnant. About three months." She looked at him, and then said" But, there's more to this." She looked away for a minute, whipping her tears away. She looked at him, and said" I love you, I really do. But, this, what we have, can not go on. I can't let my baby grow up with this relationship. I want to give her or him more than my own parents gave me. They didn't show me a stable relationship, and I want to show my peanut that." She looked down at the ground and then back at him. She didn't smile, at all. " I want us to be friends. I want you to be in the baby's life. Peanut definetly needs both parents, and I want you to be in the baby's life. You deserve that." Her eyes moved away from him, and then she really did start to cry.
Anna sat down on the bench, far away from him. She didn't look his way. She felt like she had betrayed him. She felt he thought she had stopped loving him. Which wasn't the case. Anna loved Alix very much. She then whispered " Alix, this isn't because I don't love you, please don't think that. This is because I love this baby that is growing inside of me more than anyone, more than I love myself, or life. The baby deserves everything I can give."

And I'm damaged beyond repair N o w y o u r e j u s t a c o f f i n
Of a girl I knew, , a n d i m b u r i e d i n y o u! When Anna agreed to be the god mother Alix smiled happily. One could see just from his expressions and actions that he was happier now than he'd been in a long time. For once he was getting the opportunity to live the life he never got to experience with Sarafina. Leyla had made him a happy man and a father no less! He couldn't imagine his life being more perfect than it was right now. He currently stood holding the small infant in his arms and smiling down at Anna. Two of the world's most beautiful girls right here with him. Could the day get any better? Alix's face was a momentary lapse of worry before that cool, smug look took over that he wore so often settled in as Anna spoke. He laid Ava gently back into the baby carriage and settled himself down beside his younger plaything. Wondering what she had to tell him. As Anna spoke he looked devoid of any emotion, not fully comprehending her words. It made no sense, what she was saying. Someone else? Another man? Woman? What was this about needing his or her father? Alix simply quirked up an eyebrow at her.
When Anna said she was pregnant Alix's face went through several emotions in sequence. First it was confusion, then shock, then even more shocked, then excited. Alix was going to be a father to the other woman in his life he loved to bits. He was going to have a family with the only other girl who really mattered to him. And then things changed. Then she started crying. And then she was speaking again. Alix watched, again in confusion, at her reaction. She refused to meet his eyes. Then she was saying what they had couldn't go on. That she couldn't raise her child in the life she had with him. That her parents didn't have a stable relationship. And that the baby needed stability. But she wanted to still be friends and-- Alix's brain totally shut off. Any good emotions he had were ruined as his face became a scary, startling mask of sheer rage. He stood up and gave her a look that could kill. Before speaking he held up his hand to shut her up and took Ava's carriage. Already he spotted Jeordie rushing towards him, as if the two held some unspoken telepathy. He was fairly sure he told Jeordie to take Avaleigh home. That he had something he needed to deal with. Or perhaps he just thought it. His right-hand man took the child and turned, pushing the carriage towards the exit.
Alix turned sharply on his heel and stalked back towards Anna. Everything in his movements and expression showed nothing but black-hole rage. It was a wonders smoke didn't start coming from his ears or that he didn't explode in a fiery ball. Alix's face barely registered anything except disgust and anger. It was rare Alix showed his true, unbridled anger like this. Yes, he often punished those who dared defy him. But this...this was something else. He was hurting inside now and shut his eyes, a hand flinging up to his temple. Everything inside his head began screaming that this wasn't Sarafina, though many voices now rallied for his attention. But when he opened his eyes all he saw was Sarafina. Alix was cracking like a nut on Christmas. His Schizophrenia kicked in over time at the shock, loss, and pain of the situation. He took a deep breath before walking straight up to Anna..no Serafina, no Anna? Sarafina was standing before him, telling him she was leaving him. She still loved him but she needed to do what was best. Alix was standing inches from Anna-Sarafina, towering over the smaller dark-haired girl.
"You fucking, slut. How DARE you come here to tell me you are leaving me?! NO ONE LEAVES ALIXANDRE DELACROIX. I. Hate. You. That child isn't mine, I don't father the children of whores like you! Now I see why I had a child with Leyla, why I love Leyla. Because you always leave me, Sarafina! Just like you left me before. You are just some attention-starved, daddy-issue, wannabe Follower slut. You have been a complete waste of my time, my energy, my finances. A leech unto my household. Sarafina, I hope you are happy. You've broken my heart once and you won't do it again. I will send Jeordie with your shit. You are not to come to my property ever again, do you understand that you sniveling bitch? I hope you and your bastard child have a good life, Sarafina. You are worthless trash." Alix's voice was sheer even-tempered disgust but surprisingly he wasn't screaming the whole way as his eyes blazed in fury.
Alix shoved past her and stalked towards the far end of the park. Inside he was breaking. Inside he wanted to cry, to scream to the skies. But on the outside every nerve, every muscle was a bundle of anger. He wasn't going to take this. Why did he say those things to her? He hated her! He loved her! Sarafina had come back to him only to leave him again. Because that had to have been Sarafina, it looked just like her. But where did Anna go? Or were Anna and Sarafina the same person? He gave a guttral, animalistic cry from his throat before he fell to his knees sobbing. His forehead touched the cool grass and he sobbed and sobbed. He couldn't lose her again....but he'd already lost her. His one, true love Sarafina had left him again. And again...he had nothing to live for.

the way he was holding and taking care of Ava... made her want to take back everything she had said. It made her want to forget that they would never truly be anything more than this... But Anna knew what she had to do. She knew that she had to do what was best for this baby. Then she watched him bring the baby to Jeordie. Her face painted a fainted smile, before she watched Alix. She didn't know what he was going to say, and that scared her. She didn't want to leave him, to hurt him, and upset him. She couldn't even imagine how much it would break her later on. But, she felt that this was the right thing to do for the little peanut. She had to do what she had to do for the baby. She didn't just have her feelings to consider, her heart, or life. She now had someone very innocent, and new to this world to consider. She wanted to give the baby everythng. A mother and a father that loved eachother, and we're together was at the top of the list. If she had too, she would protect her baby from ever feeling like the parents didn't love eachother or the baby. She knew that she would do anything for her baby.
then she heard him speak. his words crushed her hard, but she took them. but when she saw the look on his face, and heard the name... she knew what was happenning. Her eyes looked around for Jeordie.... she knew he needed someone that would actually be able to get through to him. " alix... please" she said before he stormed away past her. Everything that he had said cut inside of her deep, and she regretted it. But, she knew that this baby deserved more than she did. She didn't deserve anything, but this baby, deserved everything. And that's what she promised herself she would do. She looked around, watching him dissppear. She didn't want to be here... nor alive. She sighed lightly, before picking herself up from the seat, and removing herself and the peanut completly from this.
She walked far to the other end of the park, sitting in the park, watching the little children play around in the playground. She, personally, couldn't wait for her child to be here, playing. and even if that life didn't have the father in it, she would provide everything she could for the baby. She would give this baby the life she never had. She sighed, and looked watching two little girls play in the sand together. Both of them had dark hair, and bright blue eyes, that seemed to shine in the dim light of the sun. She had always wanted to be a mother, but at this age, she never expected it. But, now that it was happening, she was over-joyed, and excited. She couldn't wait. But without, Alix, she wasn't sure she could do it the way that she wanted it to be. Anna wanted her child to have the father, but Alix... sometimes just isn't healthy. She didn't want her child growing up to have problems like she had. But, it was most likely, her child would...
Her head hung low, and her eyes didn't watch the little kids. She placed her hand on her stomache and whispered" I promise, no matter what, I will love you with all my heart. I WILL give you everything you could ever want and dream of, i promise my peanut."

In this farewell There's b l o o d, there's no a l i b i
Cause I've drawn regret, From the t r u t h of a t h o u s a n d lies Alix had fallen to his knees, sobbing hysterically at the opposite end of the park as Sarafina. Out of sheer exhaustion he curled up in a ball, his mismatched eyes closed tightly to the world around him. His body shook in anguish and emotional pain so severe it was like every bone in his body ached. Alix cried and cried until he felt he'd purged his body of every tear he had to shed. Alix shivered out of pain as he lay on the ground, unsure of how long he'd been laying there in the first place. As he curled up tighter, willing the earth to swallow him whole, he couldn't help but replay the last six months of he and Sarafina's relationship in his mind. Where had things gone wrong? All he remembered was the last night they'd spent together. When he told her he loved her. He began crying softly again as he remembered the smell of her hair, the feeling of her skin brushing his, the taste of her kisses.
Alix felt himself being gently shaken. His mismatched eyes opened up and he heard a sharp intake of breath behind him. He vaguely caught Jeordie's voice, saying his eyes were...dead. Dead? That made no sense... He was still breathing. He could still feel the pain, he couldn't be dead. Hands. So many sets of them were pushing him to his feet, holding him, supporting his weight. Jeordie said he didn't look so good. That they were going home. Home? Where was...home? There was no home without Sarafina. It was merely a house. A shell of itself, much like he was. Jeordie's worried voice in his ear was urging him to walk. Rita's calloused hands were holding onto his left arm. He smelled Jeremy's spicy aftershave on his right side. Leyla's voice calling to him. What was that? He heard screams, shouts. Then....nothing. His body was falling, slipping, twirling. He felt sharpness. Pain. Then black. Swimming in a fog.
Then he was woken again. Hands were grabbing at him, voices were shouting at him. Again hands were pushing him to his feet. He made a pitiful noise of protest. Leyla was whispering that he was the Antichrist, he had to stay strong! For the Followers, for his family, for everyone. But...even Jesus had his moment of doubt and pain. He stood stone-still, pushing all the pain deep inside of him. He wouldn't let Sarafina see what she'd done to him. Not right now. He shook off the hands holding him and stumbled backwards a few steps before he righted himself. A stern, proud look took its place on his face as he walked. He stood straight and tall, his eyes staring ahead. He wouldn't show his weakness in public anymore. He wouldn't show weakness ever again. He was a fool to have shown so much pain. That girl didn't deserve him. She didn't deserve what he'd given her. She didn't deserve to be loved like he loved her.
Alix began heading back to the car. His mismatched eyes struggled not to dart around looking for her. Then he spotted her small frame sitting by the playground. One last look wouldn't hurt, right? Just one look to remember her by. Alix's eyes locked with Sarafina's eyes. But what was in his own, unknown to him, was a dead numb. It was like a ghost inhabiting a body. Nothingness. He felt a whimper bubbling up in his throat. He couldn't leave things like this! But Jeordie ushered him towards the car. He gave her one final, pained look before he turned to leave. Then he was gone.

Everything, all the emotions, all the words that flew out of Alix's mouth, was too much for Anna to handle. Her heart was slowly breaking. Yes, she had did the deed, but in a sense, she really didn't want it. She wanted her Alix. But, she knew that, in a sense, they would never really be a family that the baby could even grasp. Ava had it good. She had it the way that Anna wished that this little peanut had it. She wished that Alix loved Anna, and only Anna. But the truth was, he didn't. Alix wasn't easy to be with, or the most fun to be with. Sharing someone you love, well that doesn't make things easy, or fun. It's not what love should be, and that's what Anna wanted to teach her baby. She didn't want to put out things that shouldn't be. She didn't want her child growing up thinking love wasn't out there, like she did. But even know she knew all this, she was broken.
Her hands went to her face, and her eyes shut tight, trying to escape from this world. Alix... he had people to help him. To make him feel better. To make him feel whole again. But, Anna. She did not. No one was around to know her feelings. No one was around to hold her when she just wanted to end everything. But that was the thing about not having anyone. It completly sucked. She knew this would be the hardest thing in her life that she had to do. But she had to do it, because to her, this baby went before herself, or anyone else, or feelings. Her eyes looked up, when she heard screaming. She hated this. She caused this. She just wanted to run back, and hold Alix, tell him she wasn't leaving. But, then she'd be lying to him. She would be leaving, if it was now, or later. One day, she would be leaving. She thought it was fair to make it now. She knew that one day, she would need to seperate herself from him. Maybe, find love that was her own.
She looked up again, and then caught his eyes. The look he had killed her, completly. She shook her head, and then again, put her hands to her face. She sat there, crying, more than she had ever in the last three months, or in her life. It was like her mother.... leaving all over again. But, she caused this. This was all her fault. This was her decision. It wasn't Alix's. She was just like her mother. She left people when the road got scary, and dark. She was a monster that ruined people. Yes, Anna was just like her mother. She sat there, her hands to her face, her eyes shut closed, and hot tears streaming like a river down her pale face.
