DEAR JOURNALJournal Entry written last year
I started a blog the other day, one for all the poetry I've been writing and so far it seems like a lot of people like it. Thing is, no one knows that it's really me and no one ever will either. I go by Perfectly Imperfect to them, and my poems aren't sappy love poems like most girls write, my poems are depressing and deep. To people I'm always happy and that's how I wish to stay, no one can know what really goes on at home. How messed up my life really is, I'm only thirteen and my life is already spiraling out of control. What more can happen to me, I don't even know.

DEAR JOURNALI found myself writing again today, it seems like I'm writing all the time now. It's poem after poem in my little old journal that's almost full now, I'm just sure soon enough I'm going to need a new one. Mom called me the other day, she said she won't be able to see me for another three months, which means dad will have me all to his self. He's been getting worse, my poetry is obvious to that. My latest poem is intitled "I'm sorry daddy", I want you to hear it journal. "I'm sorry daddy, did you hear my words as you smacked me in the face. Did you hear me daddy? Did you see my tears as I told you "I love you?" Did you see them daddy? Did you smell my blood, as it fell down my face? Did you smell it daddy? I'm sorry daddy, I'm sorry I'm worthless, I'm sorry I'm a disgrace? I'm sorry daddy" I'm sorry, for being your little girl." Funny thing is no one will ever know it's really me who wrote that poem, I'm sorry.

DEAR JOURNALTired, like omg that is totally what I am lately and totally bored. My writer's black I've been having lately will be the death of me, it's gone so far that I even wrote a poem about writer's block. Which in my opinion though totally funny, is actually pretty lame. I'll tell you it anyways journal, this may even go on my blog. "Writer's block, pwncil tapping on a piece of paper. Trying to find my inspiration, words and lines, with no real point or meaning. Crossing out, and erasing. This my friends, is the writing process." Probably one of my dorkiest poems ever, which makes it one of my favorites.

DEAR JOURNALI never noticed just how much a person can bleed due to one single cut, one single scrape in till I noticed just how much blood came out of this single cut on my knee. I fell the other day, onto some broken glass after my dad broke something and knocked me down. I was bleeding for probably a few minutes but that time was enough for me to notice just how much blood I could lose, I didn't even bother trying to stop the bleeding in till it really started to bother me, but there was so much red. The smell, a metalic sent, the sent blood normally is. I wrote a poem about it to be honest, just about blood. "I paint my picture, with oceans of red. Ever flowing, never ending. Red tears, but more severe, more tragic. Stains sleeves, tells stories. I wonder just how much blood you can lose"? Things are only getting worse for me here.

DEAR JOURNALI've always wanted to see a sun set, I've heard that they were nice but I've honestly never been able to see one before. I mean of course it would be literally amazing too, and if I ever get the chance to I'd totally be making sure to take pictures of it. I'd just have to catch a moment like that right, the perfect sunset. Even just the perfect night sky would be simply amazing, not is that really to much to ask?
